Emily oversees IHAF, the leading professional association for in-house agencies and a division of Pile and Company. She leads all aspects of the organization, including member benefits and programs that attract new members and deepen engagement with existing ones. She also sets IHAF’s long-term vision and annual goals, guiding the team in delivering key objectives. Emily joined IHAF in 2012 and has held a variety of roles across the organization since then.
