Marta is principal of Stiglin Consulting, partnering with Pile and Company on our organizational consulting practice.

Prior to consulting, Marta oversaw advertising and merchandising for direct, retail and wholesale channels at Bose Corporation. Before Bose, she led account management teams for two Boston-based ad agencies.

Marta is a founding member and former chairman of the In-House Agency Forum (IHAF), a national membership organization for in-house agencies and a division of Pile and Company.
