As CEO and co-owner, Mike leads strategic development and client satisfaction across Pile and Company and its divisions—Agency Compile, Communications Collaborative, and the In-House Agency Forum (IHAF). He also oversees new business, operations, training and culture across the organization.

Since his arrival in 2003, Mike has held Controller, General Manager and COO roles and led Pile’s marketing and creative recruiting firm, Communications Collaborative. He has a B.S. in Finance from Providence College.

In his free time, Mike coaches his daughters’ soccer, softball and basketball teams. He feels confident that he is qualified to coach at least two out of three.
