AI. It’s been the buzz of the industry for years, but clients now expect agencies to be using AI and want to know how. How is AI built into an agency’s strategic process? How is AI being used for creative? How is it impacting agency staffing models? How do clients include protections in MSAs and SOWs?

Media. No surprise here—media is still top of mind for clients. Our clients want to know, how can an agency help them stay ahead of the curve? What’s the next platform they should be keeping an eye on?

Measurement. Clients are looking for agencies to help them define what matters. What should they be measuring? Can an agency provide insights to make their results actionable?

Mergers. Since the start of the year, agency mergers have been in the news, leaving some clients confused by what this means for the industry. If your agency is part of a merger, be sure current and prospective clients understand what that means for their business.

People. We are in the people business. Don’t underestimate the strength and chemistry of a team. An agency team that supports one another during a pitch is always noticed by a client.
